Information in the app
Customer details, estimates, material prices, shop settings, and your selected logo are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this information through the app. The app does not require an account and does not use advertising, tracking, third-party analytics, or its own cloud synchronization service.
Device backups may include app data depending on your Apple backup settings. Apple's privacy practices apply to those services.
Files you share
The app creates estimate PDFs and backup files when you request them. These files contain the information you include. When you share or save a file, it is sent to the destination you choose. That destination's privacy practices apply. Keep backup files secure because they may contain customer information and internal pricing.
This website
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or contact forms. Cloudflare provides website hosting and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request information to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for more information. Contact links open your email application; they do not submit information until you send an email.
Support
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request and retain it as needed to handle support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please do not send unnecessary customer or sensitive information. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
Managing your information
You can edit saved information in the app and delete saved estimates. Deleting the app removes its local data. Exported files, copies shared with others, and device backups must be managed separately in their respective locations.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app's data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
